Turkey Meatballs (21 Day Fix Extreme)
Makes 6 servings, 5 meatballs: 1 Red, 1/2 yellow per serving
Nonstick cooking spra
lean ground turkey breast
egg, lightly beaten
quick cooking rolled oats
garlic, finely chopped
fresh parsley springs, finely chopped
tomato sauce, no sugar added
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly coat large baking sheet with spray.
Combine turkey, salt, mustard, paprika, egg, oats, garlic, parsley, and tomato sauce in a large bowl, mix well by hand.
Roll mixture into 30 1 inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until center of meatball is no longer pink in the middle.
