Ingredients
  • 4 Tilapia Filets
  • 4 Sweet Potatoes
  • 4C Steamed Broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Lemon (sliced)
Instructions
  1. Prick your sweet potatoes each 2-3 times with a fork, then place them directly on the oven rack in the middle of the oven. Turn the oven to 425. Bake for 45 minutes.
  2. Prepare broccoli. You can choose to steam, bake or cook on stove top.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large frying pan
  4. Put Tilapia in pan. Season with lemon pepper and salt.
  5. Turn after 3 minutes and season other side, cook for 4 more minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Use for extra lemon flavor. Serve.
