Homemade Granola

Ingredients
  • 4 cups oats
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coaconut
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, or apple or a combination
  • Optional- 1/3 cup of each depending on what you like: Dried fruit (banana chips, raisins, mango, papaya)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Place and spread into a 13 x 9 pan – or cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 45 -50 minutes (depending on your oven)
  5. Store in an airtight container. Eat the granola plain or add it to some greek yogurt, in bowl with almond milk, or over ice cream!
