1cupfavorite clean ingredients(peanuts, almonds, cashews, raisins, dark chocolate chips, etc)
Melt coconut oil in a microwaveable measuring cup.
Add sweetener (pure honey or syrup) and stir.
Put all ingredients for chex mix into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss and sprinkle a bit more.
Pour the coconut oil mixture slowly over chex ingredients. Toss to coat.
Once coated spread contents onto a cookie sheet or large shallow roasting pan. (I sprinkled more cinnamon on the chex mix when it was all spread out on the cookie sheet!)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Stir and toss at least once during the first 10 minutes to prevent burning and even roasting. Depending on your taste, you may want to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Let cool. Pour into air tight tupperware container to store and open to snack on throughout the week!
