Swap the fatty fast-food breakfast sandwich and make a much healthier version on your own!
  • 1/2 Whole Wheat English MuffinToasted (I like Ezekiel Brand)
  • 2 eggsCooked to your liking. Pictured: Sunny Side Up
  • 1/2C Spinach
  • 1/4C Red pepper Chopped
  • 1Slice White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1Slice Tomato
  1. Toast muffin and layer with cheese, egg, spinach, and veggies.
