Easy Lemon Chicken
I like making this on Sunday night. I bake extra chicken (2 breasts) and chop it up to be used for salads the rest of the week.
  • 4-6 Chicken Breast Halvesprep extras for lunches
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
  3. Slice lemon. Place slices atop chicken breasts for added flavor.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn over chicken pieces and add more seasoning to taste. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
