1-2tspDinosaur BBQ sauce (or any other all natural BBQ) *I often throw in a few other spices that are lying around Here is a good homemade BBQ Sauce recipe: http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating-bbq-sauce/
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Form patties - makes approximately 6. Baking Option: place burgers on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Grilling option: Be sure to spray grill top with some non- stick spray as the burgers tend to stick.
Remove and let cool.
Build your burger!
Schall family "clean-er" toppings: Heinz organic ketchup, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que sauce, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone cheese (sliced cheese from a block is always better than pre-packaged)
