In every workout, there is a modifier and a segment where moves are broken down to help you master your hooks and kicks from the start. In Core de Force, everyone can work at their own pace and see fantastic results.

How long is the program?

The program is 30 days with 30-45 mins per workout. Many find repeating the program for additional rounds leads to even better strength, flexibility and results!

What style of MMA workout is included?
