Fitness Challenge Groups
My Fitness Challenge groups are 30 days long. Most are done through a private online Facebook support group or a Challenge Tracker Phone App. Only the members of the group can see what is being posted. Groups range in numbers from 10 to 25 participants.
What I do is help customize health and fitness goals to meet the needs of my challengers. I help them choose the best Beachbody workout based on interest and ability level. All of the workouts are on DVDs with the option to stream them On Demand through any device. All can be done in your own home. You only need enough space to fit a yoga mat. Equipment is minimal. I ask all of my challengers to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for 30 days to give their bodies one meal that is supercharged with ingredients that will give natural energy, reduce cravings, and help them stay full for at least 3 hours. It’s equivalent to five superfood salads in one meal!
Throughout the challenge, I help teach the group the basic principles of clean eating. I help challengers plan family friendly meals by giving them sample meal plans, recipes, and snack ideas. The challenge groups provide the accountability people need to help stay motivated throughout the program. Every day I post a daily mind-set tip, nutrition and/or fitness post. I also include personalized group motivational videos. We address emotional eating, eating out at restaurants, temptations, body image, as well as ways to get the rest of your family on board this journey.
The best part? You will have my support throughout the entire challenge to ask questions, get information, and try out a new way of looking at food and exercise that will help not only you, but your whole family – feel better. And you get ME for life…or as long as you want my support and guidance.

Habits start to form between days 21-30. It is always so rewarding to watch challengers mold and change during that time. Most become “lifers” simply because they love the support and accountability they receive from their teammates in the challenge.
